At URB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all URB tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy. Once we process your return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
